Is Bulgaria the right place to rent a villa?

If you still hesitate where to go we can assure you Bulgaria is a hot spot. For ones in your life you have to visit Bulgaria although you probably never heard of Bulgaria before and you know nothing about Bulgaria. Make a search with Google about Bulgaria and you will be amazed how much information about the country, culture and history you will find.

Bulgaria has joined the EU and no visas are required. In recent years Bulgaria became very popular because many foreign citizens, especially from the UK have visited the country not only for spending their summer holiday on the Black sea coast or in the mountains but also for purchasing a holiday property or a second home.

When we arrive at Varna, how do we find the hotel?
If you consult the road map that is on our web site you will notice that the hotel is located on the north side of the city (Golden sands and Romania direction). Please turn left after Sunny day’s entrance and after 300m you will see Villa Elena in the left of the road. Access is permitted by car.

Where is it possible to park?
We offer the possibility to park in the villa parking which is situated just a few metres before the villa entrance.

Do you have rooms with views?
All rooms have external panoramic views to the sea. Some rooms overlook to the swimming pool and Black sea, others face the Black sea and Sunny day resort.

Do you have no-smoking rooms?
We do not have specific no-smoking rooms. In all the common areas in the villa it is forbidden to smoke but is not in the garden.

Do you accept animals?
Pets are not allowed because all rooms are fitted with carpet and therefore can be easily damaged.

Is your restaurant always open?
We offer only cold kitchen - breakfasts, sandwiches and cold and hot drinks, but there are good restaurants near the villa.

What time are check-in and check-out, at what time is breakfast served?
Check-in is from 2:00pm approximately. We kindly request guests to check-out by 12:00am. The breakfast is served from 8:00am until 10:00am. Should you need your room earlier or a longer period, please contact our receptionist.

Do you provide an express laundry service?
We have an external laundry and dry cleaners who provide an excellent service and can normally guarantee deliveries within 24-36 hours. This service is not available at weekends.

Do you offer a fax or e-mail service?
The reception staff will be pleased to send any type of document by fax on your behalf. This service is offered with a small charge per page. There is no charge for receiving a fax. It is possible to connect to internet from all of the rooms using the correct WiFi adapter. Alternatively, our internet point with ASDL line, Windows XP, Skype (+web camera and mic), ICQ is located in a discreet corner of the foyer It is open every day from 8am to 10pm and there is a charge of 2 BGL per half an hour.

Is access to the swimming pool free of charge?
Yes, access is completely free. The Swimming Pool is open daily from sunrise to sunset from May to September. Sun bed is free of charge. The Pool has a constant depth of 1,20 to 1,80 metres and is open every day from (period may vary according to weather). The pool is not be under guard!
